First, the target is 184 (#reply-18268199) not 180, second it could happen earlier, but right now, that is what is in the scenario. Considering that since that call (Nov 23 and 385 or so on the Sox we have already dropped more than 120 Sox points (low Friday was 261 on the Sox), that was not a bad call.
