I have all the proof I need. Her claims are often so unrealistic that it is impossible for me to believe they were made in good faith. The only way for me to prove it to your satisfaction is for her to admit it or for me to find some correspondence from her in which she admitted it. There is a reason the courts use proof beyond a reasonable doubt. I believe I have enough evidence to meet that standard.

Was it reasonable to believe that a company with mainly intangible assets, a poor track record, a market cap of $1 million, and net income of $28,000 would qualify for a 50 million dollar loan? Was it reasonable to believe that a company with no experience or expertise in agriculture has come up with a revolutionary new green farming method? Was it reasonable that a company with little cash or tangible assets had the ability to build a billion dollar luxury resort? Is it reasonable to believe that a company which has access to $50 billion in oil reserves would just give one-quarter of it to a penny stock company with 3 employees?
