Cornucopia Fund, LP., by its General Partner, Omar Amanat. Mr. Amanat, a co-founding board member of Twilight Studio as well as Summit Entertainment’s largest shareholder; Peak Group Holdings. He provided and raised 50% of the capital during Peak’s $1 Billion financing of Summit Entertainment. Recently Summit was sold to Lions Gate Entertainment Corp. (NYSE: LGF) for $412 Million.

John Rizzo, CEO of iTrackr Systems, Inc. commented, “We are very excited to have an astute investor like Omar on the iTrackr team, someone who sees the value proposition of the iTrackr Systems technologies and can be instrumental in helping us achieve our goals.” The fund will finance up to $1,000,000 at a fixed price of $.40 cents per share.

Omar S. Amanat is a U.S. businessman and entrepreneur. Named one of Wall Street's "Top Ten Most Influential Technologists" Mr Amanat was a pioneer in the electronic brokerage industry. He began his entrepreneurial career at Datek Online in 1996, and it was sold to Ameritrade for $1.3 billion. He left Datek to co-design the trading platform CyberTrader, which was acquired by Charles Schwab in 2000 for $488 million. He then became the founder of Tradescape Corporation, a next-generation brokerage firm that processed over 10% of NASDAQ's daily trading volume and was the largest electronic brokerage firms in the United States (by trading volume) in 2002 when he sold it to E*Trade for consideration worth $280 million, becoming one of E*Trade's largest shareholders. Tradescape was named as one of the "Top 50 Private Companies" in the United States by Red Herring Magazine.

Amanat attended the University of Pennsylvania and the Wharton School of Business where he is part of the Wharton School's "Entrepreneur in Residence" (EIR) faculty program. He sits on numerous boards including the Board of Trustees for Human Rights Watch, Malaria No More, the Harlem Youth Development Foundation, is a term member of the Council on Foreign Relations, a Trustee of the Democratic National Committee (DNC), and was previously the Vice Chairman of the Acumen Fund, named one of the "5 Charities changing the face of Global Philanthropy" by Barron's.

He has been profiled in various media venues including Fortune Magazine, The Wall Street Journal and The New York Times, and is a frequent public speaker. [6]

He was profiled as "the most powerful person in Hollywood you've never heard of" by The Wrap. He co-founded Groundswell Productions and became a highly influential shareholder of Summit Entertainment via a 20% stake in Peak Group Holdings LLC. Summit produced and distributed the "Twilight Saga," and "Hurt Locker."
