Sept 2011 is when it started with the receipt of the preferred shares in their name and in the vault.

The last hoop FINRA made them jump through was 2-7-2012.

It usually takes 10 days from that date to receive the new n/s. But the 17th came and went.

That's how jammed up FINRA is. But it's been all FINRA now going on a month this 7th. There is nothing management, or us, can do.
