Nope, not with the Kazaa contract wrapped around thier neck. The only way to save face was to delist, drop Kazaa, dilute the remainning shares to help pay the BD dept, sell excess assets not needed by the company buying ATRN and apply the $$$ to pay down the remainning BD Conv. notes, put a numbers guy in the vacant CEO slot, close the deal.....
