Unfortunately I don't have the time at the moment to go into an exhaustive, link based response. Suffice it to say that by R/M into a shell, the CEO with a vision can bypass the costs, time and effort of taking a company public via the IPO process. Pinkie-land is where this happens best. Our discipline is to to focus on finding a Scott-like CEO and follow them and not getting lost on too many attractive charts. We of course are not sure if Mr Scott can pull off what he publicly intends given the economic instability. That is the risk. The risk is reduced by the level of reward in ascertaining the story. GL
