This was my reaction to the 'call yer certs' exhortation - #msg-719599 ... basically that i associate the whole idea with dubious bulletin board promotions, and that it is unlikely to improve the image of the sector in J6P's mind .... that's just a general impression, as a small-timer hobbyist i watch the debate more than participate in it

You were told not to display your email address here? ... i find that hard to believe, no reason for such a prohibition that i can think of .... maybe an anti-spam measure, but that shouldn't apply to genuine contributors, who often post links to their sites in their signatures ..... you will find that young Matt the Admin, who started this place by the way, is likely not quite prepared for the vigourous and forthright nature of 'bug discussion ..... might be wise to break him in gently, if you know what i mean ...... but welcome to ihub John, i've read years ago lots of your posts .... cheers
