Obviously we will never have 100% of traders and investors trading on technical signals. But, there are a great many technical swing traders that are watching for the same (or similar) clues of when to buy and sell today. That does have an influence on price movement and it makes it really easy to predict where to buy and sell these days. That's probably one of the reasons when I'm right much more often than I'm wrong.
