Wasn't Johnson only on the board because of an agreement between CryoPort and Roswell until the debt was paid off.
Johnson's resignation should be a positive from that perspective.
Unfortunately, CryoPort had to raise capital do so, and that's not good.

Think about it, the company has raised close to 25 million dollars. The CEO who is chairman as well, collects over $420,000 per year. CryoPort as a company can barley meet that obligation.
It's not funny, but you have to chuckle at the stupidity of the situation.


There's a good solution here, it just looks like the wrong people are in charge.
