Coleman Cable, Inc. (Coleman) is a designer, developer, manufacturer and supplier of electrical wire and cable products for consumer, commercial and industrial applications, with operations primarily in the United States and Canada. Coleman’s line of wire and cable products enables it to offers the customers a single source for many of their wire and cable product requirements. The Company sells its products to more than 8,500 active customers in diverse end markets, including a range of specialty distributors, retailers and original equipment manufacturers (OEMs). It produces products across four primary product lines: industrial wire and cable; electronic wire; assembled wire and cable products, and fabricated bare wire. Its business is organized into two segments: Distribution and OEM. In March 2011, the Company completed the acquisition of the assets of The Designers Edge, Inc.
