I agree buying into NSRS is little different than betting on green at the roulette table. But making false statements about a company in an attempt to raise the stock price is manipulation and APS, Victory and others all claimed NSRS was going to $5 in their pump emails. And remember this went on for months starting in Dec. People saw the price going up and up and peeps on the board bragging about how much money they were making and the newbies didn't want to be left at the bus stop.
