It was the last 8K on the subject. The dividend will not be issued until the new cusip is created which also doesn't happen overnight when you do things the right way.... There is also a matter of market timing as you very well know. IPO's are scheduled the same way and sometimes postponed until favorable market conditions can be met.

All the filings are right there in black and white. I don't understand how people's impatience turns into CBIS lack of performance.
