Absoulutely correct. Another ridiculous argument that seems to not want to go away is the "Gee whiz, what does the SW permit have to do with running at full rate?" agument.
The processors are a 24 hour system. You need to have enough feed stock on hand at all times to keep them running 24 hours a day.
Right now we're running them at a slower rate 24 hours a day and will be able to ramp up to full speed when the SW permit is amended.
That's almost a done deal.
And processor #3 will be up in "the near future".
That'll be 3 running full speed 24 hours a day and cash flow positive. And our customers want all the fuel we'll be able to produce until we have who knows how many processors running.
That's the customers we have right now. New ones will increase the demand for this fuel.
