Promotions are used to sell shares.. but I'm placing my bets on sykes having a sort of quality filter on what he promotes, and the timing of said promotion. If so, he's on to something.. I just hope he uses that comp'd cash for something good moving forward

So far IRYS is trading fairly standard for a pump that'll become bullish..
