There last filing is overdue by 2 weeks! I think there was a change in attorneys working on the filing......we should see it shortly!!

You are the one who first posted that PHAR was 2 weeks late in their filings as quoted above. I merely responded to your post.

VERY misleading information if they don't have to file at all.

Of course, being a non reporting company is yet another huge red flag.

So which is it? Are they really 2 weeks late in filing or are they not required to file.
