Well, I guess I would have to ask them. Of course, I have no idea who they might be.
However, I would surmise that people who bought PHAR recently either failed to do any useful DD or, more likely, are using this as a bottom play in an attempt to flip for a few bucks. As cheap as this puppy is, it would not take much of a run to turn a profit if one bought in low enough. Very risky but not impossible to do.
And I guess there is a percentage who decided to average down, the investing equivalent of grasping at straws or gasping for breath.
