The scenario back then was way different simply because there were still $100k in CD's, those CD's were owned by (3) different companies, two of wish not only were super toxic but had a high percentage rate, which it was due for at two years. Therefore, shares were being converted with insane toxicity. The least dilution causing financier remains with only $22.5k worth of CD's as of the recent filing. Those people converting shares before were literally converting shares at x2 the base value and that is no longer the case. Which is why you see 1's are scarce whereas before 100's of millions 1's were always on the ask or 100's of millions shares constantly blasted the bid. This is now turning around and will become quiet profitable. Lastly, revenue was 1/2 of what it was at the end of the recent fiscal year and will be likely 1/3 of the revenue ending 2012. You are talking about two distinct points in time.
