GBR $3.25 has a lower float than 514k and insiders are holding 73.58% of 1,946,935 shares o/s.
Insiders have increased their stake from 50% to 73.58% with a short period of time.
It looks like they are going to take this baby sooner or later private by a buyout between $10 and $20 imo. Something is cooking for sure....

At an pps of $3.25- rough idea of land assets net worth 70k acres @ $15k/acre..that results into a value of $1.05B.
