After all, it doesn't get much more fraudulent than magic "programmed" water that cures cancer and treats AIDS, or an anonymous bank that is going to give to $50 million to an equally anonymous farm so that the farm in turn can give that money to penny stock scam outfit AquaLiv.

It would be pretty funny if fraud weren't a serious crime.
