Monica, I then agree to disagree with you. The resources required are phenomenal... all out of pocket until the class action is won, and in most cases, there is little left for the class members.

But that's not the point.

Here, the proffer by you is that somehow "JPM" or "FDIC" has some magical number that if they don't get xx amount of releases, then they are 'afraid', and therefore then they'd start gaming the system further.

I maintain that is incorrect logic. And would not happen. That the key issue was getting the Debtors to drop the District Court action, and of course, get their hands on splitting up the tax refund.

This is a done deal, IMHO. And the deal is signed, sealed, "certified by counsel", and signed by the judge.

Only thing now is to wait for the post-emergence from bankruptcy.
