Monica, I contend that such a thing is quite difficult here. Lawyers and law firms still have to eat. And there is a HUGE amount of work, time and commitment to go up against behemoths.

I think it's not viable to compare the ambulance-chasers who will take it on contingency, etc -- even a moderate case on contingency for a few months or a year -- to this kind of challenge which would take, literally, a decade or more.
