Why sould there be any kind of reverse stock split after the dividend and the new Hydra stock symbol begins to trade?

Because the company needs money ot get rolling. remember, they have nothing but an empty warehouse (if that) and no production and no business.

They're very good at selling shares. You should expect alot of that coming in the future.
