Dude your preaching to the choir. Go back and look, I got spooked when I saw them announce the merger, the buys started coming in, and the pps would never go up on the buys but would only go down on the sells. Can't move forward if the company is selling shares into the buys. They have zero regard for the share holders.

You would think St Clair would have had an alternative financing plan for the merger but it looks like dilution was the only source for the financing, so it's been delayed until they can dilute enough IMHO. When they stop diluting this moves up but when the eff is that going to be?
