***TMR, don't know what happened, not only did this fail to hold the supposed mini intraday "break-out," but it's now back below $5 and -1.19% at 4.98... might be a mini bull-trap set... weird with oil at record highs and the oil stocks indexes there as well...

It still is above the 50 day SMA though...
