Set up an account, read through the filings and make your own conclusions, which you can back up with filings, rather than on your hands and knees...

You can even set yourself email alerts so you'll be 'in the know' each time a filing comes out about a particular company you're interested in.

I hope this solves the majority of the problems you've had, which play like violins on this board.
