i look forward to having one basic question answered
and that is mgmt's participation (or not) re: 2 runs in 2009

How could management possibly NOT have been involved? Dozens of coincident PR's... virtually all either misleading or outright lies. If they weren't participating, what were they doing?

$1M LOC, Walmart, being "awarded" patent pending, acquiring Southern Candle, 100's of SKU's, $100M to just one retailer, 10,000 piece order, JD/GH resigning, adding 2 more people to the BOD, signing a distribution deal with Window World, on and on and on! Every bit of it either an outright lie or extremely misleading.

What could that possibly be but participation?
