For Arguements Sake -
Take what I am about to say with a large grain of salt. It is 100% speculation and mainly I am just curious as to what everyone else thinks;
With that being said, does it not appear to be a little against the grain for a company trying to strengthen it's financials to not file with the SEC on time? If you look at the previous filings they are all on an almost predictive schedule.
From an objective standpoint, would it be crazy to think that maybe their game plan has changed completely recently? They go PR silent, yet begin to tweet out of the blue the same day a "huge" product is supposed to go online. The main website is not promoting Spyder. I don't think it is a stretch to think maybe buyout/merger talks are, if nothing else, being discussed?
To be perfectly honest I do not know what to think, I am neutral but holding
