I suppose lightning is non-electrical in your mind...huh?
You claimed air would suffice to contain electricity. Well, it depends on several things...voltage...a path way...an opposite polarity...or a differing charge...ie. difference.
Air...is there any such thing as a complete/total/absolute vacuum...ie. space without ANY MASS OR PARTICLES? In theory, absolutes exist...but, in reality...they seemingly do not.
None-the-less our sun is giving off a heck of a lot of energy in many forms that this planet is constant moving through and existing within. To lump or throw electricity in with the entire electromagnetic spectrum isn't right huh? Well, it seem to me that it belongs there...regardless.
The perfect circle, a straight line, a point, infinity, the end of time [supposedly 10 to the 100th power years hence...when the space between electrons is measured in light years...protons have decayed...and black holes have dissipated their energy through their poles (Hawkin's decay)]...we talk about them...but, will we ever see such things...no...because by definition they cannot exist in our imperfect world or by or in the way that our world is structured now.
REMAT...is like Tesla...(and IMO) closer to the truth...and amazing.
Later.
