Dilution via convertible notes. Check out the 8k's here. But hey, the bid is still quite strong....unfortunately they just raised the A/S to over 9 billion shares from 4.8 billion a couple weeks ago. No revenues, no contracts, nothing....just unpaid bills and lawsuits filed against the ceo. Just another pinky scam.
