There is a whole lot of us that purchased as well as held because of the ITC ruling schedulded for 12/2011. Then Kodak shafted us by delaying this until 8/2012. AND it WAS Kodak that instituted the delay. They did this to prevent an influx of $, as they wanted to go into BK. They did and do not care about the current shareholders. I am long on Kodak, but wish I had never seen the stock. Now just hoping they don't shaft us again by declaring our stocks wortless or diluted. Only time will tell.
