I really don't think it had anything to do with me.

No DTCC chill, and no action from the SEC. OTCMarkets did, as you know, award it a skull and crossbones. The company told one poster that it had talked with OTCMarkets. No word on whether they got calls from the SEC or FINRA as well, but I should think last Thursday's action would have attracted the regulators' attention.

APS has been very, very quiet since they sent that 3 a.m. email saying it was all a "mistake".
