It is definitely ripe. The contract could be the catalyst. If it is anything close to the numbers being thrown around back when MS was first discovered by us, it will blow the lid off. As I recall, the profit margins were somewhere around 50-70%, and the contract sizes were huge, in the tens of millions. This Africa contract could easily provide an EPS of the current 0.15 sp.....
