I believe that Sequans will eventually be one of the leading producers for Fabless LTE Chip design.

I have done my homework.

IDCC signed Infineon[chip design] and IDCC could possibly be getting Royalties from INTC [they bought out Infineon's wireless chip division].
Nobody knows for sure, but it is highly likely.
