Technical analysis is a true reflection of all the trading activity. Your perspective and comments have to be limited to your circle of contacts and in no way reflects the perspective of the majority of all investors. Yes, we could see $0.45 but, I do not believe that will happen. The recent rally was too strong and a normal Fibonacci retracement is the most likely thing that will happen. But, anything is possible.
