I chose to buy phar stock at these levels. It won't be at these levels for long....news and filings will push phar much higher IMO!! On the other hand, a frivolous, baseless lawsuit that would cost a lot of money just to lose it in the end(since there is no merit)is possibly the best decision for you. Gl with that!! The SEC won't give a damn about any of the alleged, ridiculous complaints about phar!

Best of luck...it will be needed and then some !
