Yes, I am sure he never told anyone that he invested a million dollars in to a penny stock. You have no arguement. Your statement makes no sense. There is no doubt that he told numerous people about VSPC. The PR announced to the entire investing community that he believes a million dollars worth. I am sure people who know him would buy in because he is involved.
Now if you said you were buying a stock you may not get quite the same reaction.
