Sequans is a small chipmaker. They don't make terminal units or other types of products that would target them as a potential licensee for IDCC.

SQNS hasn't licensed with QCOM either, so that should tell you something about their business.

Wonder when SQNS will sign an LTE Licensing agreement with IDCC
