What the chart implies is that there is no significant revenue to report and that in spite of any revenue that is reported, there will be no earnings to hold the price at higher levels. How can I say that? Obviously the chart is totally oblivious to all fundamental data and immune from all rumors and news. But, the only thing that truly matters is whether the buyers or sellers are more aggressive in the moment because that is the only thing that can actually move the price of a stock. Therefore, I can look at the chart and understand what the fundamentals most likely are just based upon the price and volume activity. In the case of SBCO, it is clear to me that the vast majority of traders and investors viewed the recent highs of $0.08 to $0.09 as being extremely over valued. That is why the price has fallen. The price will now continue to fall until the majority of traders and investors begin to feel that the price is undervalued. I'm a realist. In my opinion, waiting for the news is a total waste of time because the chart can reflect whether the majority of traders will perceive the news as being bullish or bearish in most cases long before the news is printed. Based on today's charts, market sentiment appears to be that whatever the news might be, the price of the stock is overvalued and very few are willing to buy at current price levels.
