I don't think 5% (perhaps a bit less too - See my reply to mcbio) TMC435 today is worth ~300+million. So that leaves the rest of the company which I admittedly have not attempted to value. I am not saying the company is overvalued by anymeans. Just I am not as excited about the royalty rate in what will be the third to market PI in still a couple years from launch.
