I ask this because corporate and especially junk bond spreads from treasuries have narrowed quite a bit the last few months. And the junk bond market has hardly sold off at all despite the ongoing stock market massacre.
This excellent junk bond action is very different from what we saw during prior stock massacres. A signal perhaps that we may finally get a cyclical bull after this smash has run its course?
