This will be huge, people are saying that its not the promo, but this is it, if they don't promote it, they will lose a lot of respect, confidence and following. Some will say, do you trust a promo group? Well it is not about trusting, it is about business. Trust me APS is a business like all others. If APS were to just make a dumb move like some people are thinking they would lose respect in the promo business, and companies will pay them less, or not even hire them. This is a business to them after all. So this leads me to think, that it was all part of a plan (Short squeeze, or get shares cheaper who knows?). Does it matter if the stock got a CE status? Hell no, NSRS had it also, see if it didn't go up.
