READ THE LETTER FROM ATTORNEY! Everything is legal only crooks are the people that were running ASCC! They are now gone and company is being sold to an Indian Group. ASCC was the largest builder in India with 3 companies that Raked in millions a year. Company has an army of machines that range from pavement laying to sewers and tunnel drilling much more. The sell will be profitable and with no debt EVDR will be set for new venture in US healthcare, which is stated in the reports.
