Agree. Only brought it up again because someone, I think it was you, who said number of shares in market can exceed authorized through long sells, which is inaccurate.

A long sell is owned and part of A/S, whereas a short sell is not owned, but only borrowed until covered.

Enough of this subject because I agree with all of you about everything except the notion there is absolutely no possibility of there being NSS. There is always the possibility of being NSS in every stock in the market. If on FTD list, or even if not on list due to small % being shorted and uncovered, it has NSS. It simply means a short sell has exceeded the required time limit to cover...and (last time) if OBO + NOBO > A/S, there is NSS.

Is that the case here? Who knows, just being objective in saying there is only one way to find out and is why stock is not yet revoked. In reading court transcripts, the judge has given a representative of SPNG approval to have access to OBO and NOBO lists, so all should be settled soon.
