"You guys" is a misnomer, since "this guy" does not have a long or short position and is why easy to be objective.

If you know BK and securities law, suggestion here is reading transcripts from the BK case.

Federal judge is not succombing to Trustee and, in fact, admonishing Acompara for lying to him. Not sure when next motion is set for, but should be a good read.
