I'm not sure if I am understanding your logic. SBCO was at .002 per share back in Dec 2011 or even yet, it actually was as low as .0016 per share during late Dec 2011. It has since gone to .09 per share with significant volume to get it there. I think with SBCO being stabilized in this .04 to .07 range is pretty solid.
I think when more is released to confirm what was previously PR-ed for the company's direction, higher levels should follow.
