That's ok. It is hard to hurt the feelings of someone that doesn't have any. In this case I think you are simply reading too much into this AMAT filing. I originally saw your 'headline' statement about AMAT reducing expenses. I read through the filing a couple times and came away with a different opinion and thought I would share it. It is not that I live in "fear". I take these markets very seriously. I think it important to see what AMAT is really trying to accomplish here. In my opinion it is a way for them to get some money into the hands of key employees sooner. There is no reduction in expenses. They just accelerated them which will end up showing up in a footnote on their next quarterly the same way they would have over the next 3 years as they became vested.

I could be wrong, but that is how I see it. Someone might have a better take on it and I would welcome their imput. Isn't that what we are here for - to share and learn.
