"Look at the New Management People ...."  I've looked at several "new management people" in this company over the years, including the ones you were so optimistic about in 2007.  All were really experienced -- in one thing or another.

"the fact the financials are weak to say the least, works in our benefits ...."  Yes, it's always to one's benefit for a company to have virtually no cash, a pile of unpaid bills, and a six-figure negative net worth.

"... this whole thing has moved a long ways past that."  "This whole thing" hasn't moved an inch in years -- as you know, having been a part of one of the past "new teams".  I intend to stick around for a while, whether or not I post, because I find it amusing when these "things" get recycled repeatedly, and I'm not on any one-man crusade.  Anyone who believes acquisitions can be made with $27.XX in the till pretty much deserves what he's going to get.
