It's just hilarious.

The people who think the status has any impact is ridiculous.

APS will be controlling the crap out of this just like they control every play they do.

The only thing the caveat emptor will serve is an excuse for them on a day it goes red or something.

CE has no impact on what this stock does. ZERO IMPACT!
