once again let us look at this in the real world. folks go to bank of whoever and get a loan to buy a home.the banks give the cash to mr and mrs delbert and then agree to collect some percent interest on it. now the deal is done they have no more money to loan no more homeownder. enter fannie who securitizes the crap and resells it to mr gotrocks. on and on. im sorry to say some of the loans were crap with the banks being the moron screwballs. how you goanna fix this pal. shut down the system. you think private money will flow in to loan mr shumko at one percent. get real. stop your nonsense. get real. i have a lot of this and most likely ill croack soon si i wont get to sell it. but if i survive ill get two b ucks and buy more toys .. thanks
