Effective on February 8, 2012, the Company’s common stock began trading on the Pink Sheets under the symbol “TNCC.PK. To clear it up... A Form 25 had to be filed to SEC to let SEC know what the company's intentions are concerning NASDAQ. It's just for NASDAQ registry purposes. If a Form 25 had not been filed, the stock would not been able to trade even on pinks, in other words, suspended. Now that we have the Form 25, we have 10 days, then we will be trading on the pinks for sure.
